Data deletion

How to request deletion of your data — and what we keep when you do.

Who this is for

This page covers OpenIdle, the satirical idle game published by Dawnsurfer Studios. It explains how to request deletion of any data tied to your use of the game.

How to request deletion

  1. In the app, open Settings → Privacy and turn off analytics and ad personalization. This stops any further data collection.
  2. Uninstall the app, or clear its data, to remove the game save stored on your device. On the web, clear site data for app.openidle.ai.
  3. To request deletion of anything held by our providers, email support@dawnsurferstudios.com with the subject "Data deletion request," or use the form below. We respond within 30 days.
